Welcome to Spotless Society Co. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services Provided
Spotless Society Co. provides residential, Airbnb turnover, and commercial cleaning services. All services are performed based on the details provided at the time of booking.
2. Booking & Payments
Full payment or deposit may be required prior to service.
Payments are accepted via approved methods (card, online invoice, or app).
Pricing is based on property size, condition, and requested services.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Same-day cancellations will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
No-shows or locked-out appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee.
4. Access to Property
Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not provided, the appointment will be considered a no-show.
5. Condition of Property
Excessive clutter, biohazards, or unsafe conditions may result in additional charges or refusal of service.
Add-on fees may apply if the condition differs significantly from what was disclosed.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to address missed areas at no additional cost. Refunds are not guaranteed.
7. Liability
Spotless Society Co. is insured; however, we are not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage
Improper installation of items (loose fixtures, shelves, etc.)
Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of service.
8. Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for securing valuables. We are not liable for lost or misplaced items not reported immediately.
9. Pets
Pets must be secured or controlled during service unless otherwise agreed upon.
10. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, or hazardous environments.
Spotless Society Co. – Service Agreement
By booking, you agree:
To provide accurate property details
To ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available
To allow cleaners adequate time to complete services
That additional charges may apply for deep cleaning or add-ons not originally requested
Cancellation Policy
24+ hours notice: No fee
Less than 24 hours: $50 fee
Same-day cancellation: Up to 100% charge
Lockouts: Full service charge applies
Damage & Breakage Policy
We take great care in your space.
If damage occurs, it must be reported within 24 hours with photo evidence.
We will repair, replace, or compensate at our discretion.
Health & Safety Policy
We reserve the right to refuse service in environments involving:
Mold, biohazards, or bodily fluids
Pest infestations
Unsafe or hazardous conditions
